CCTV Surveillance

Surveillance cameras are installed inside and around the castle. These are clearly indicated. Footage is stored for a maximum of 30 days unless an incident requires longer storage. Only authorized staff have access. In case of incidents, footage may be shared with law enforcement.

Photography and Video

Photos and videos may be taken during events or regular visits for promotional purposes. By entering the grounds, you consent to this. Clearly identifiable individuals will only be featured with explicit permission. You may always indicate that you do not wish to be photographed.

Commercial filming by third parties is only permitted with prior approval from Hoensbroek Castle. These third parties are responsible for obtaining consent from any subjects filmed.
